The Site Track™ software solution provides a tool for tracking personnel and/or attendee activity at any location or event. The software allows for the enrollment of personnel or attendee information into a database. Once enrolled an individual’s identity and status can be easily verified using an authorized credential, such as an ID card or bar coded label. Site Track™ can be used at any site or event to verify personnel information and provide accountability statistics and other information for management reporting.

Personnel Enrollment

Capture and store a wide range of on-site personnel information in a single, centralized database.  Information includes name, company/contractor, multiple addresses and phone numbers, emergency contact information, and many other items.  Issue full color, bar coded ID badges with integrated ID Works™ photo ID solutions.

Site Management (Tracking & Reporting)

• On site accountability management features.  Record location/assignment, check-in time and check-out time.
• Ability to view personnel information at the site including employee emergency contact information and special notes.
• Site reporting features (Time, date, description.)

Mobil Handheld Tracking

• Integrated, rugged portable devices for tracking and verification
• Verify contractor status with photo and current status
• Track activity (Check-in, Check-out) and download to Site Track™ for reporting purposes.

System Features

• A fully configured Microsoft Access Database
• A standard data import feature to download personnel information from an existing data source into Site Track™.

Easy Implementation

Site Track™ is designed to be easy to install and support. The pre-configured database and screens mean minimal time and effort are required to get started. The software includes the ability to easily add drop down lists for many of the data entry fields.
